Sister Sessions: Pre and Post Surf Workout

Surf Sessions

Pre-Surf Stretch + Sculpt (1:30pm, 2pm, 3pm)

Wake up your body (and mind) before you jump in The Lake. Amber from Frame will take you through a series of dynamic stretches and conditioning exercises, set to a soundtrack of empowering female artists, with a focus on opening up the body and warming up those muscles that you'll be using whilst on the board. Expect to feel supple and powerful and ready to catch some waves!


Post-Surf Yin Yoga (4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm)
Relax post surf with 30 heavenly minutes of Yin Yoga. Fran from Frame will help you to come down slowly from the post-surf high, to a soundtrack of soothing female artists. In a yin yoga class we hold each posture for a number of minutes, with a focus on the breath and allowing the muscles to relax deeper into the posture, whilst also calming the mind. There will be a special emphasis on postures that will help your body best recover from an energetic surf session!
